PETITION FOR A RE-VOTE ON  REPRESENTATION

 

The undersigned employees of Wynn Las Vegas would like a re-vote on representation by the Transport Workers Union of America.

 

Should the undersigned employees make up 30% or more of the bargaining unit represented by the Transport Workers Union of America, the undersigned employees hereby petition the National Labor Relations Board to hold an election to determine whether there is a  majority of employees who no longer wish to be represented by this union.
